1. Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for using and playing Frontier Networks / Sovereign. The following Terms of Service is a legally binding agreement between you, partnered communities, and Frontier Networks / Sovereign, and governs your use and access to Frontier Networks / Sovereign’s website, game server, Discord, and other connected services (collectively the “Service”) that are made available through the website (https://svn.gg)(https://frontiernetworks.org) and associated domains / communities owned by Frontier Networks / Sovereign. By using the Service in any way, you agree to and accept these Terms, and any other legal notices or guidelines posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, we request that you don’t proceed with using Frontier Networks / Sovereign or any other associated services.

When these Terms mention “Frontier Networks / Sovereign,” “svn,” "fn," “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Frontier Networks / Sovereign and its associated services. Your contracting entity will generally be determined based on your Country of Residence. Your “Country of Residence” is the jurisdiction associated with your Steam account as determined by either your express selection or by Steam’s assessment of your residence using various data attributes associated with your Steam account.

Frontier Networks / Sovereign holds the right to cancel or remove any of its members if they are breaching either Frontier Networks / Sovereign’s Terms of Service, or any Terms of associated services. This can happen with or without prior notice, and Frontier Networks / Sovereign does not hold any obligation to issue warnings.

2. Description of Service

Our web-based Service allows users to sync their Steam profiles with a respective Frontier Networks / Sovereign account, displaying any game or community infringements from public and private sources. Along with the collection of bans, Frontier Networks / Sovereign also hosts and provides users with a ranking based on the aforementioned criteria. Any new additional features added to Frontier Networks / Sovereign or its associated services will also be subject to these Terms. You may not access the Service by any means other than through the interfaces we provide.

3. Registration

To register as a Frontier Networks / Sovereign member, you must either connect with your Steam account, or a premade account may be provided based on previous bans on related communities / organisations. This account will be based on a non-changeable Steam ID, provided either by Steam’s built-in API or relevant ban data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. In consideration of using Frontier Networks / Sovereign’s Service, you agree to maintain and update true, accurate, current, and complete registration data, in line with Steam’s Terms of Service / Use – visit Steam’s website for more information.

4. Privacy Notice

Frontier Networks / Sovereign collects data from relevant Steam APIs and partnered community plugins/addons. With this in mind, Frontier Networks / Sovereign DOES NOT receive any information of a private nature. Information collected will be related only to bans, including (but not limited to): banned user’s Steam ID, server of ban, time of ban (respecting the server’s local time), and severity of ban (length).

5. Website Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account on our website and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us in writing of any unauthorised uses of the account or other security breaches. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will Frontier Networks / Sovereign or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, or employees be liable for any acts or omissions by you or any third party, including damages of any kind resulting from such acts or omissions.

6. Cookies

Frontier Networks / Sovereign uses cookies to remember a user’s Steam account login, allowing for a one-time login for a set period. You have the right to block cookies on our site.

7. Donations

You may choose to make a voluntary donation of any amount at your discretion. This donation is not required to use the Frontier Networks / Sovereign Service. All payments are considered donations to support Frontier Networks / Sovereign, which operates as a non-profit hobby/community offering social and recreational activities.

Payments are handled through Prometheus / PayPal in AUD (Australian Dollars). Donations do not entitle you to any products or services. However, where specified (e.g., based on contribution level or special events), Frontier Networks / Sovereign may offer acknowledgments or perks at its sole discretion. These are not guaranteed benefits.

All donations are final. Attempting to initiate a chargeback will result in immediate termination of access to Frontier Networks / Sovereign services. If you believe a donation-related reward was not applied properly, contact our staff through official channels instead of initiating a chargeback.

8. Real Money Trading (RMT) Policy

Real Money Trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited on all Frontier Networks / Sovereign platforms and services.

RMT is defined as the buying, selling, or trading of in-game items, currency, services, or accounts for real-world money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any form of external compensation.
This includes advertising, offering, or soliciting RMT via voice chat, text chat, forums, Discord, or any affiliated service.
Violating this rule will result in an instant and permanent ban. No warnings will be issued.

Frontier Networks / Sovereign is a non-profit, community run project that operates solely off voluntary donations, as outlined in our Donation Terms of Service (https://frontiernetworks.org/donate/tos.php). Donations help support the servers and community without entitling anyone to goods, services, or preferential treatment.

Allowing RMT undermines the fairness and integrity of the community and goes directly against the spirit of our donation based ecosystem.
